It’s called the “Jump Into Shape” Basketball Academy.

So, if you’re a former athlete that wants to get back into high-performance shape, the Basketball Academy is the only sport performance program in town that integrates skills practice, strength and conditioning and performance nutrition into one package specific to basketball.

You’ll not only lose fat and get back in shape, but you’ll have a blast doing it with the sport that you know how to do best.

We’re looking for former athletes that want rekindle their love for sport, health and fitness using basketball performance as the vehicle.

And we know you’re busy,

That’s fine!

You only need 3 times per week…

Not 14…3.

For 1 hour per session.

That’s it!

Oh and we should probably mention…

The 8-week Basketball Academy includes:

1). Two semi-private strength and conditioning sessions per week

You will do two 45-60 minute sessions to increase your strength around the net, your speed up and down the court, your vertical jump, your athleticism and, of course, your metabolism.

These sessions include:

Foam rolling to move better,

A dynamic warm-up to increase your movement on the court,

Speed, agility, and quickness training to peel up and down the court,

Resistance training to jump higher, get stronger, build resiliency and rev up your metabolism.

Conditioning to further boost your metabolism and increase your stamina on the court.

You will have an exercise program designed specifically for you, your sport, your goals and your ability.

2). Performance nutrition

Dieting sucks!

It isn’t fun.

You feel deprived.

You feel pissed at the world.

And sometimes, you have to eat different meals than your family.


In the 8-week Basketball Academy, you ditch the dieting.

Instead, you’ll do performance nutrition.

Whether it’s fueling your body with smart carbs to power your performance,

Getting enough protein to build muscle and aid in recovery,

Or getting enough vegetables and fruits to have the energy to crush your workdays and your workouts,

We coach you through the process of dialing in your nutrition to optimize your game and your body.

No overwhelm, no overhauls, no stress, just real-world results.

And, last, but certainly, not least….

3). One on-court skills training session per week

This is the final nail in the coffin,

We offer you the opportunity for some court-time with our amazing coach.

We will work with you to increase your shooting,

your passing,

your dribbling,

and your movement on the court.

Once, you’re all done here, you’ll not only be in shape…

You’ll be ready to get back into that weekend warrior ball that you’ve missed out on because of aches, pains, your belly and your lack of energy.

Your strength coach will take you through a workout to enhance your speed, your vertical, your strength around the net and your conditioning.

Your strength coach will also coach you through your performance nutrition plan.

And in so doing, increase your body’s ability to burn fat.

Your basketball coach will get you on the court taking you through drills that give you a chance to express your newfound speed, strength, and power.

And the beautiful thing is that your program will be fully coordinated between your strength and conditioning, your training on the court and your nutrition.

So, if your on-court coach identifies something that needs to be improved in the weight room, your strength coach will be on it.

If your nutrition isn’t carrying you through your workouts, we’ll know right away and make the necessary adjustments.

Basically, we’ll make you better at your sport in every way possible.

Frequently Asked Questions

1-Who is this program for?

This program is for former athletes looking to get back into shape using their favourite sport as the vehicle to do it.

2-What if I am out of shape and haven’t exercised for years?

That’s the beauty of individualizing your program and your nutrition.

Your program will be designed specifically for your abilities, your goals, and your limitations.

No need to worry – we have almost 10 years of experience coaching people just like you and they did great!

3-How much time do I need to commit every week?

Each workout lasts 45-60 minutes and you will have three workouts per week.

Plus, you’ll need to commit a few minutes every day for your performance nutrition.

Please note, that the clients that have the most success commit extra time to meal preparation and planning and performing off-day activities like walking and doing mobility work.

So, the workouts don’t need to take long – really only a couple hours per week, but it’s your decision how much time you would like to spend on nutrition and off-day activities.

Again, the more you commit to both the exercise and nutrition aspects of the program, the better your results will be!
